TOMS RIVER – Toms River Filmmakers Roaming Dingo Productions is screening their recent award-winning film ‘Frank Parese, A Jersey Shore Veteran Story’ at Kevin Smith’s first annual SModcastle Film Festival in Monmouth County on December 3.

From thousands of entries around the world, the festival will showcase about 10% of those entries this year. The festival begins at 3 p.m. at Block 28 Screen 1 at the Atlantic Movie House in Atlantic Highlands.

“The Jersey Shore Veteran Film Series highlights the wisdom, humor and personal stories of our local veterans. The series began with several WWII veterans, including Frank Parese, and looks at many more stories of our local vets including the brilliant and funny Navy Lakehurst Historical Society Aircraft Restoration volunteers,” said Roaming Dingo Productions.

“‘Hangar 1- F14 Tomcat’ is the next film in the series currently in production. It showcases the restoration process of an old F14 into a beautiful piece of aviation history, and the team of vets that bring it to life. It also reveals the amazing history and historical restorations happening in Ocean County,” Roaming Dingo Productions added.
