
MANCHESTER — Township police are asking for the public’s help identifying the driver of a dark-colored SUV that allegedly failed to stop for a school bus as a student was getting off.
The incident happened on Commonwealth Boulevard near Parkview Boulevard, according to police. Investigators said the school bus was stopped with its red warning lights flashing and stop arm extended when the SUV drove past as the student was exiting.
Police said the vehicle appears to be a dark-colored sport utility vehicle, possibly a Toyota RAV4.
