MANCHESTER — A Powerball player in Ocean County is $500,000 richer after winning a top-tier prize in the game’s Double Play drawing Saturday night, New Jersey Lottery officials said.

The winning ticket was sold at QuickChek No. 102, located at 3001 Ridgeway Road in Manchester.

The player secured the prize by matching all five white balls in the Double Play drawing, falling short only on the Double Play ball. No ticket matched all six numbers to claim the $10 million Double Play jackpot.

The Double Play numbers drawn were 10, 19, 39, 47 and 67, with the Double Play ball landing on 18.

Double Play is an optional add-on for Powerball players that offers a second chance to win using a separate set of numbers drawn after the main game.

In the primary Powerball drawing Saturday night, no ticket matched all five white balls plus the Power Ball. The numbers were 5, 19, 21, 28 and 64, with the Power Ball at 14 and a Power Play multiplier of 3. One New Jersey ticket matched four white balls and the Power Ball, earning a $50,000 prize.

With no jackpot winner, the estimated top prize for Monday’s Powerball drawing climbs to $137 million.
