MANCHESTER – Police are asking motorists to avoid Route 539 and Route 70 in Whiting for the next several hours.
A Nixle alert went out around 4:30 p.m. May 21. A traffic signal is out, causing heavy traffic and delays.
Police did not know when the signal might be fixed.
