Six Flags Great Adventure To Host Drive-In Concert

JACKSON – Six Flags Great Adventure will host a drive-in concert experience on October 3, featuring Contemporary Christian duo For King and Country called “Together – A Live Drive-In Tour.”

Presented by Creation Concerts and Premier Productions, the drive-in tour is a live performance to be held in the amusement park’s parking lot. Gates will open at 5 p.m. and the concert will begin at 7 p.m.

Guests will park their vehicle in an oversized parking space which will allow for social distancing. The event will follow all CDC guidelines. Due to current city and state COVID-19 restrictions, all guests must remain in their vehicle during the concert.

King and Country is a four-time Grammy award-winning Australian duo comprised of brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone.

Last year the duo collaborated with renowned entertainer Dolly Parton to release a brand-new version of the duo’s 11-week #1 hit “God Only Knows.”

The duo also had songs featured on the Emmys, Super Bowl, Sunday Night Football and other high-profile events. National performances include The Tonight Show, Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The View, CMA Awards, and CMA Country Christmas.

Six Flags Great Adventure and Wild Safari Drive-Thru Adventure are operating with extensive, new safety protocols in place. The parks’ reopening plan, which the company developed in consultation with epidemiologists, meets or exceeds federal, state, and local guidelines for sanitization, hygiene, and social distancing protocols. It incorporates advanced technology, including a new reservation system to regulate attendance and help eliminate overcrowding.

Tickets start at $125 per car with four passengers. Additional passengers can be added for $25. A limited number of VIP Early Entry tickets will also be available. Tickets are on sale at PlatformTickets.com.
