JACKSON – One of the four third-tier winning Mega Millions tickets was sold in Jackson Township, winning $10,000.
The winning $10,000 ticket was sold at the Minit Stop located at 440 Chandler Rd. in Jackson. This ticket along with three others matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball drawn winning the $10,000 prize. The other winning locations were: 7-Eleven #32887, 540 Main St., Hackensack; and Fanwood Pharmacy, 246 South Ave., Fanwood.
The fourth third-tier winning ticket was purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $30,000. This ticket was sold at Aarti’s World Discount Liquor, 1675 Route 22 West in Union.
In addition, 26 players matched four of the five white balls drawn making each ticket worth $500. Three of those tickets were purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prizes to $1,500.
The winning numbers for the drawing were: 04, 28, 29, 30, and 60. The Gold Mega Ball was 25, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 03.
The next drawing will be held April 27 as the Mega Millions Jackpot rolls to $297 million.
