HOWELL – Howell Township Police arrested a Howell resident found in connection with animal hoarding on July 31, according to officials.
The animal hoarding situation occurred on East 3rd Street; however, police have released very few details so far.
In a social media post, Howell Police stated that they are on the scene investigating alongside the Howell Office of Emergency Management, Monmouth County SPCA and Associated Humane Tinton Falls.
