FREEHOLD – A Howell man was convicted June 26 of sexually assaulting a juvenile family member.
Didier Perez Duarte, 33, was found guilty of second-degree sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child after a three-week trial.
He’s facing up to 10 years in prison and must register as a sex offender. He’ll be subject to parole for supervision for life.
He is scheduled for sentencing in September.
