
BRICK – A longtime township shopping center has changed hands in a deal valued at $7.3 million, according to Marcus & Millichap.
The firm said it brokered the sale of Yorktowne Plaza, a 41,219-square-foot retail complex situated on nearly six acres. The property includes 23 storefronts occupied by a mix of food, service and entertainment businesses, including Domino’s Pizza, Mariner Finance, Crown Fried Chicken, Nova Games and Community Medical Center.
The plaza was originally built in 1965, according to LoopNet.
Marcus & Millichap brokers Brent Hyldahl, Alan Cafiero and Seth Goldberg represented the seller, Ocean County Equities LLC.
The buyer was not disclosed.
