Police Search Suspected Drug House, Arrest 6

  BRICK – Police executed a search warrant at a Fairfield Avenue home, arresting six people on drug offenses and confiscating a number of different illegal narcotics.

  Inside the home officers found cocaine, crack cocaine, Xanax, hypodermic syringes, heroin, suboxone, marijuana, THC cartridges, steroids and assorted drug paraphernalia.

  Local residents had tipped off the police that they suspected drug dealing going on at the house. The Brick Township Street Crimes Unit, along with members of the Patrol Division and Detective Bureau, investigated.

  The home was searched on October 23, but police released the names of the accused a few weeks later. All six were Brick residents:

  Anna Laux, 24, charged with Possession of Suboxone, Xanax, Heroin, Paraphernalia, and Loitering to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Laux was released on a Summons.

  Joseph Dirosa, 33, was charged with Possession of Heroin, Cocaine, Marijuana, Paraphernalia, a Hypodermic Syringe, and Loitering to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Those charges were issued on a warrant and Dirosa was lodged in the Ocean County Jail.

  Jennifer Littell, 30, was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Heroin, Paraphernalia, a Hypodermic Needle and Loitering to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Those charges were issued on a Warrant and Littell was lodged in the Ocean County Jail.

  Edward Shaw, 46, was charged with Possession of Suboxone, Cocaine, Paraphernalia and Loitering to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Shaw was released on a Summons.

  Ronald Corduan Jr., 34, was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Anabolic Steroids, Heroin, Paraphernalia and a Hypodermic Syringe, Maintaining a Nuisance, and Loitering to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Corduan was released on a Summons.

  Craig Morris, 56, was arrested for contempt of court, processed and released on his own recognize.

  Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.

  Chief James Riccio thanked the concerned citizens who provided information that led to the arrests.
