BRICK – The Brick Township Police Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant on a Creek Road home and made four drug arrests.
The arrests came at around 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 25, police said. The following people were arrested:
- Michael Laux, 54, the homeowner, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, paraphernalia and maintaining a nuisance.
- Michael Alston, 40, of Jackson, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and paraphernalia.
- Anna Laux, 24, of Brick, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of liquid Methadone, possession of Xanax and paraphernalia.
- Denise Laux, 54, of Brick, was charged with possession of crack cocaine and paraphernalia.
Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.
