BRICK – Mayor John Ducey and the Township Council honored Brick Township Police Department Chief Jim Riccio for receiving the 2017 New Jersey EMS Award for the town’s Blue HART Program at the December 5 Council Meeting. The award was given during the New Jersey Statewide Conference on EMS in November.
