BRICK – A township man was arrested for criminal trespassing Sunday.
Ryan Hubbard was arrested after police received a phone call from a Hardean Road residence reporting someone lurking outside the home around 1 a.m. Feb. 17.
The 21-year-old caller saw a person’s shadow outside her bedroom window.
Police canvassed the wooded area behind the home and found Hubbard hiding behind a tree.
He was released on summons pending a court date.
