It’s Happening. Trader Joe’s Is Coming To Brick.

BRICK – Trader Joe’s is permit official.

The township’s zoning office issued a permit Tuesday to Retail Project Management NY of Holbrook, New Jersey, for the space in Brick Plaza previously occupied by Ethan Allen. The space will be rehabbed for a Trader Joe’s.

Jersey Shore Online put a call into Mayor John Ducey’s office Tuesday office. He was unavailable for comment at press time.

Trader Joe’s got its start as a convenience store in Southern California. It has grown into a national chain of 487—and counting—stores, with more than 41,000 employees called “crew members.”
