BRICK – Three children were in the pickup truck a Brick Police Officer was driving when he was pulled over and arrested for being under the influence.
On August 16, Officers stopped 40-year-old Daniel P. Testa when they saw him speeding and driving erratically.
Daniel Testa was charged with DWI and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
According to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer who confirmed with Jersey Shore Online, Testa is accused of operating a motor vehicle erratically at a high rate of speed with three children in the car and was issued a summons. Testa also has been suspended without pay.
Testa’s case is currently pending grand jury. All charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.
