Ocean Gate Man Caught Trespassing At Trestle

LACEY – An Ocean Gate man was issued a summons for trespassing after parking his car on trestle property, according to Lacey Township Police.

Jake R. Cohn, 23, was issued the summons for parking his vehicle in an area with “no trespassing” signs. Police officials stated that this is a municipal ordinance violation.

Officers Anthony Sarno and Dan Ricciardella were at the scene at 5000 Cedar Avenue in Lanoka Harbor on July 1, when the summons was given.
