LAKEWOOD – Police revealed the details surrounding the death of an employee of the Ocean County Northern Recycling Center on January 31.
Timothy Hannold, 50, of West Creek was one of the employees who were attempting to move a large container that had just been delivered. At some point in the process, he entered the container but his co-workers did not know this. When they tried to move the container, the doors shifted and pinned him up against an inside wall.
The Lakewood Police Department expressed their sincere condolences to his family, friends and co-workers.
