SHIP BOTTOM – The Ship Bottom water tower was caught spewing water in a photo making the rounds on social media on Jan. 21.
The photo was made public by a report by Ocean County Scanner News.
Katie Pasqualini at Ship Bottom Police Department confirmed that the photo was real. The water tower was gushing water as a result of a frozen pressure gauge, she explained.
The issue was quickly resolved in about under an hour, said Pasqualini.
