TOMS RIVER – A Toms River High School East graduate is making history, serving in the Navy’s last Combat Camera Unit in Norfolk, Virginia.
A Normandy Beach, NJ native and TR East 2004 graduate, Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Sean Furey is serving at Expeditionary Combat Camera. Furey served as a mass communication specialist, and was part of a unique Navy team that operated from the air, land and sea to create multimedia products that recorded military events for operational commanders.
