TOMS RIVER — An 18-year-old township resident was killed in a crash Friday morning, August 29, on the Garden State Parkway, according to New Jersey State Police.
Investigators said Andrew Delgadillo was heading north in a Honda when the vehicle left the roadway near milepost 86.7, went down an embankment and struck a tree.
He was taken to a local hospital with severe injuries but did not survive, authorities said.
State police reported that the crash is still under investigation and no additional information was available.
