No Injuries In Toms River House Fire

  TOMS RIVER – Authorities have confirmed there were no injuries from the house fire that broke out Monday night off Fischer Boulevard.

  Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire on Senaroth Court, which was reported at 7:32 p.m., officials said.

  Initially, Toms River police received multiple calls saying people were trapped inside the home. However, Captain Daniel Goresh of East Dover Fire Company and Toms River police verified that the residents were safely out of the house.

  According to officials, the fire originated from the garage and laundry room of the home. Firefighters from East Dover contained the blaze and swiftly extinguished it, ceasing any further damage.

   Chief Joe Catapano and District Chief Everett Seaman were on scene to assist in operations. Additionally, agencies who responded to the fire were Toms River Police, Toms River Fire Company 1, Silverton Fire Company, Toms River Bureau of Fire Prevention, Toms River Building Department, Toms River EMS, New Jersey Natural Gas and Jersey Central Power & Light.

  At this time, the fire is under investigation by the Toms River Bureau of Fire Prevention.
