TOMS RIVER – It was an insulin pump.
A beeping sound coming from a garbage can in the Donovan Catholic High School lead officials to evacuate the school this morning.
Police were called in, who determined the sound was coming from a discarded insulin pump found in that garbage can.
Students were able to return to classes shortly thereafter, officials said.
