TOMS RIVER – A protest by the group Bloodstained Men And Their Friends was held in Toms River over the weekend to bring about an end to male circumcision in America.
The group met near the corner of Routes 37 and 9.
According to Facebook posts, the group will be holding similar protests in big towns and cities through Aug. 9.
They wear eye-catching clothing and carry signs urging a stop to male circumcision, citing medical and other benefits.
