BARNEGAT – A woman was killed when her car left the Garden State Parkway and flipped over.
The crash happened on Saturday around 2:26 p.m., police said. The car was in the southbound when it left the roadway and overturned.
Sgt. Alejandro Goez from New Jersey State Police said the male driver was seriously injured and was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City.
The names of the victims have not been released and police are still investigating the incident, Goez said.
