Woman Arrested For Driving While Intoxicated

  LACEY – A woman was arrested and charged for driving while intoxicated after she was found acting reckless in a parking lot yesterday, police said. 

  Around 11:38 a.m., Lacey Police were called to the City MD parking lot after receiving a report of a woman dancing around and punching her car.

  Police discovered that the woman, identified as 27-year-old Brandi Davis of Carteret, had been driving while intoxicated. Officers also found drugs and drug paraphernalia inside her car.

  As a result, Davis was arrested and brought to police headquarters. She was charged with Possession of CDS, Use/Being Under the Influence, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Additionally, she was served a complaint summons for her charges, and was issued motor vehicle summonses for DWI, Reckless Driving, Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle, and Unlicensed Driver. She was released in accordance with John’s Law, police said.
