STAFFORD – Vienna Benita Puzzo has the rare distinction of being the first baby born in Hackensack Meridian Health Southern Ocean Medical Center in 2019.
Parents Christine McKenna and Nicholas Puzzo of Forked River welcomed her into the world at 9:37 p.m. on Jan. 1, 2019.
She was delivered by Dr. Michael Sze of Hackensack Meridian Medical Group in Manahawkin, and weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz. She joins her big sister, Lynda. Hospital staff said both mother and daughter are doing well and expect to head home soon.
