FORKED RIVER – Police are investigating an illegal dumping that happened at Brown Street.
Lacey Township Police received a report from a caller at 10:07 a.m. June 5 that an unidentified person driving a white van was dumping wood, tarps and bags of trash in the wooded area off Brown Street.
The Department of Public Works was notified and cleaned the garbage.
