LACEY – Police said a drunk driver struck a parked car and became trapped in an overturned vehicle.
The crash took place around 8:30 p.m. on February 6 on East Lacey Road. Officer Anthony Ravallo and SLEO II Chris Triano responded.
The investigation revealed that Jessica Frandsen, 42, was traveling westbound on East Lacey Road when she collided with a parked vehicle. Her vehicle overturned in the crash. It is unclear if there were any injuries. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving.
