Lacey Residents Charged As Drug Dealers

  LACEY – A three-month investigation led to three people being charged with distributing heroin and fentanyl from their home, police said.

  Larry Negron, 44, of Forked River, was charged with three counts of Possession of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute, and two counts of Possession of Heroin/Fentanyl.

  Bryanna Negron, 24, of Forked River, was charged with Possession of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute, Distribution of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl, and Possession of Heroin/Fentanyl.

  Saul Padilla, 42, of Forked River, was charged with Possession of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute, Distribution of more than One-Half Ounce but less than Five Ounces of Heroin/Fentanyl, and Possession of Heroin/Fentanyl.

  Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.

  On Aug. 1, police executed search warrants on a few homes in Lacey, seizing 9,800 doses of heroin/fentanyl and approximately 5 grams of “raw” unpackaged heroin/fentanyl.

  The arrests were a joint effort with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Narcotics Strike Force, Drug Enforcement Agency High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Group 5, Manchester Township Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Team, Lacey Township Police Department Detective Bureau, and Lakewood Township Police Department Street Crimes Unit.

  Ocean County First Assistant Prosecutor Michael T. Nolan, Jr. commended the officers involved for these arrests.
