BARNEGAT – Barnegat 67 runs on Dunkin’.
It was time to drop the “donuts” (don’t worry, only from its name, not its menu) and usher in a “next generation” format, in hopes of weaning the Millennial and Gen Z set from their not-to-be-named-other-coffee-giant fix and introduce that coveted demographic to the stuff that fueled their parents’ days. Except better.
The Barnegat 67 location at 770 Lighthouse Drive boasts a lighter, open aesthetic that invites guests to linger over a coffee and doughnut, or a number of other beverages and sandwiches.
The new design includes a bakery case at the counter, where guests can peruse the eats without having to stretch and look over a worker’s shoulder.
This Dunkin’ location is also offering cold beverages, like iced tea and cold-brew coffee, on tap.
Did you place a mobile order? There’s one drive-thru lane for you, the first in the New York Metro market. The other drive-thru is for on-site orders.
Dunkin’ is open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
