3 Stafford Residents Arrested For Heroin

STAFFORD – A motor vehicle stop Friday night led to three drug arrests in Manahawkin.

During the stop at Spirits Liquors, police found heroin and needles in the vehicle. The driver and two passengers were arrested and processed, and released pending an appearance in court.

Robert Cook, 42, of Manahawkin, was charged with distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of CDS, and CDS in a motor vehicle.

Kimberly Ann Sieber, 42, also of Manahawkin, was charged with possession of CDS and possession of a hypodermic needle.

John Silva, 54, of Surf City, was charged with possession of CDS and possession of a hypodermic needle.
