LAKEWOOD – Authorities are currently investigating an incident that involved that death of an employee working at the Ocean County Northern Recycling Center.
According to police, emergency personnel were dispatched to the Recycling Center at 800 Towbin Avenue around 10:15 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Capt. Gregory Staffordsmith said the employee was fatally injured while working in and or around a large dumpster.
At this time, the victim’s identity has not been released.
