BAY HEAD — Emergency responders were called to a two-vehicle crash in Bay Head on February 4 after one of the vehicles overturned at a borough intersection.

The Bay Head Fire Department and the Mantoloking Fire Company were dispatched around 11:30 a.m. to the intersection of Main Avenue and Harris Street, authorities said.

Police officers arriving at the scene assisted occupants from both vehicles out before fire crews arrived. Firefighters remained on scene to secure the area and address potential hazards until the damaged vehicles were removed.

Injured individuals were evaluated and treated by the Point Pleasant First Aid & Emergency Squad. No further details on the extent of injuries were released.
