LAKEWOOD – Two more men were charged with Maintaining a Nuisance for holding a gathering during Executive Order 107 which bans any large group.

At about 8:30 a.m. on March 30, police went to 401 Madison Ave. to investigate a report of a large gathering of people. They found roughly 35 people inside the building.

“After several unsuccessful attempts by the officers to clear the building, the crowd was eventually dispersed. The building’s owner, David Gluck and the building’s manager Abraham Haberfeld were each charged with maintaining a nuisance,” according to a report from the police.

Executive Order 107 bans all gatherings regardless of the circumstances.

“We will continue to enforce Executive Order 107. Nothing short of 100% compliance will be tolerated. Stay home and practice social distancing, and please have some consideration for our law enforcement officers,” Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer stated.
