Three Arrested For Marijuana, THC Vaping Oils

  OCEAN COUNTY – A month-long investigation netted arrests revolving around the distribution of marijuana and THC vaping oils in the Lakewood area.

  A joint investigation between the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, their Narcotics Strike Force, and Lakewood Police resulted in the arrests. The officers executed a no-knock search warrant on an address in Lakewood on March 4. They recovered various drugs, manufacture and distribution equipment, and $7,500 in cash.

  The following were arrested:

  • Henry Martin, 32, of Lakewood, was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute More than One Ounce But Less Than Five Pounds of Marijuana In or Within 500 Feet of a Public Housing Project; Possession with the Intent to Distribute More Than One Ounce but Less Than Five Pounds THC Extract; Possession with the Intent to Distribute More Than One Ounce but Less Than Five Pounds of Marijuana; Possession of More Than 50 Grams of Marijuana; Possession of Less Than Fifty Grams of THC Extract and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

  • Janice Rivera, of Lakewood, was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute More than One Ounce But Less Than Five Pounds of Marijuana In or Within 500 Feet of a Public Housing Project; Possession with the Intent to Distribute More Than One Ounce but Less Than Five Pounds THC Extract; Possession with the Intent to Distribute More Than One Ounce but Less Than Five Pounds of Marijuana; Possession of More Than 50 Grams of Marijuana; Possession of Less Than Fifty Grams of THC Extract; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

  • Darian Buddoo, 32, of Lakewood, was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute More than One Ounce But Less Than Five Pounds of Marijuana In or Within 500 Feet of a Public Housing Project; Possession with the Intent to Distribute More Than One Ounce but Less Than Five Pounds THC Extract; Possession with the Intent to Distribute More Than One Ounce but Less Than Five Pounds of Marijuana; Possession of More Than 50 Grams of Marijuana; Possession of Less Than Fifty Grams of THC Extract; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

  More charges might be pending, police said. All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
