TOMS RIVER – Six Ocean County residents face charges following a two-month investigation into narcotics distribution that led to the seizure of large quantities of drugs, cash and a firearm, authorities announced.

Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said detectives from his office’s Narcotics Strike Force worked with multiple municipal police departments to identify a commercial establishment in Toms River, two residences in Waretown, and a home in Jackson allegedly being used to distribute marijuana through a delivery service called “The Green Bean.”

On July 25, detectives observed several suspects entering a Route 9 business in Toms River. When the group exited, they were taken into custody without incident. Court-authorized search warrants were then executed, yielding more than 25 pounds of marijuana and THC products, about nine ounces of methamphetamine, one ounce of psilocybin, and $2,300 in cash, officials said. At the Jackson residence, detectives also recovered a loaded .45 caliber handgun and narcotics while two minors were present.

Glenn Jazikoff, 41, and Jennifer Jazikoff, 38, both of Jackson, face charges including possession of more than 25 pounds of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and psilocybin with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during a drug offense, financial facilitation, conspiracy and child endangerment. Both were lodged in the Ocean County Jail and released under New Jersey’s bail reform guidelines.

Debra Lomonico, 60, of Toms River; Kristie Lomonico, 37, of Waretown; Jessica Rein, 37, of Waretown; and Michael Fidali, 38, of Waretown, face various distribution and conspiracy charges. They were charged on summonses pending appearances in Ocean County Superior Court.

Billhimer commended the collaborative efforts of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, Jackson Township Police, Manchester Township Police, Ocean Township (Waretown) Police, Ocean Gate Police, and Toms River Police.

Authorities emphasized that the charges are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
