Public Invited To Comment On OCPO Compliance

TOMS RIVER – The public and employees are invited to comment on the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office’s compliance with New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police standards.

The public can submit comments via email or post, or leave a phone message, specifically about how those standards are being met.

The standards are available for inspection at the prosecutor’s office, 119 Hooper Ave. in Toms River. Visitors should call accreditation manager Kevin Moore first at 732-929-2027, ext. 3128.

The assessment team will be conducting an on-site inspection Feb. 10. They will review written materials and interview OCPO employees at the office. If found in compliance, the OCPO will attain that accreditation for 3 years. The office must also submit annual reports on their continued compliance with NJSACOP standards.
