Open House Spotlights Fall OCC Programs

TOMS RIVER – The Department of Continuing & Professional Education at Ocean County College will host an Open House on Saturday, August 19 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the Ground Floor, College Library (Building #3), Main Campus, College Drive. Visitors should park in Parking Lot #1. Admission is free and open to the public.

Perhaps you are a parent interested in learning more about kids’ and teens’ programs?

Maybe you just want to relax and enjoy some “me time”?

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then Continuing & Professional Education’s Open House is the place to be!

Learn about career certificates in healthcare, medical billing/coding, office management, business, computers, technology, education, construction, and specialized careers, such as bartending, animal control officer, food protection manager, among others.

You will also discover a variety of personal interest classes for fun and enrichment including art, dance, health and wellness, music, yoga, and more.

In addition, kids’ and teens’ programs run year round, featuring Sensitivity Super Powers (for high-functioning Autistic children), dance, language, sports and science.
