OCEAN COUNTY – Reports have come over the police scanner that indicate that there was at least one person shot in the shore area around noon on October 27.
Ocean County Scanner News and Seaside Heights Scanner News reported a shooting victim in Seaside Park in the area of I Street and North Ocean. There was another report of a victim on Blaine Avenue near Central Avenue.
As reports are still coming in from police, first aid, and other first responders, the details are still unclear. This news site attempted to reach the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office and will update this story as more is learned.
One victim was reported as being brought to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune.
There were suspects being discussed, but at this time it might endanger innocent people to put out information that might not be accurate.
