TOMS RIVER – Learn how to defend yourself with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office’s Victim Witness Unit’s free self- defense course in May. Here, you will be taught basic self-defense techniques.
Pro fighter and former WKA champion Prairie Rulio and the staff of Toms River-based Girl Fight will be present to teach you how to defend yourself.
Sessions will take place on May 12 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and on May 19 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 1800 Lakewood Road, Unit 4.
