BRICK – A Toms River man has been charged after sexually assaulting a female customer at his place of work.
Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that 28-year old Jonathan Higgins was charged with Sexual Assault on June 27, 2019.
Higgins was employed as a massage therapist at the Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa in Brick. On June 25, Higgins allegedly sexually assaulted a female patron by penetrating her during a massage session.
Higgins was arrested and processed at Brick Township Police Headquarters and transported to the Ocean County Jail where he is lodged pending a detention hearing.
