OCEAN COUNTY – A Code Blue has been issued for Ocean County Nov. 21-23.

  A Code Blue is issued during “extreme weather events.” In this case, temperatures are expected to remain below freezing for the Thanksgiving holiday.

  As of now, two warming are confirmed opened starting Wednesday. 

  Riverwood Park Community Center, off Whitesville Road in Toms River, 5:30 p.m. Nov. 21 to 8:30 a.m. Nov. 22

  Lakewood Community Center, 20 Fourth St., 7 p.m. Nov. 21 to 9 a.m. Nov. 23
