OCEAN COUNTY – The morning commute on the Garden State Parkway was a little longer than normal thanks to a car fire near milemarker 82.
The backup went from Toms River and Berkeley all the way down to Lacey Township.
The fire started around 7:30 a.m. according to a Nixle alert sent from the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.
