OCEAN COUNTY – 20 local residents were congratulated as they became certified as Rutgers Master Gardeners of Ocean County.
The Graduates’ certificates were presented by Freeholder Joseph H. Vicari, the Ocean County liaison for Rutgers Cooperative Extension.
The volunteers completed 60 hours of instruction and 60 hours of volunteering services.
