Lieutenant Promoted To Captain In Prosecutor’s Office

  OCEAN COUNTY – Lieutenant Carlos Trujillo-Tovar of the Ocean County Prosecutor Office has now been promoted to Captain, announced by Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.

  The Ocean County Prosecutor Office (OCPO) congratulated Captain Trujillo-Tovar on Facebook and stated how he began his career at the OCPO as an Agent in 2001 and was then appointed to the position of Lieutenant in 2014. They also wrote how Captain Trujillo-Tovar is a veteran of the United States Army and the United States Army Reserves. A since 2006, he has been assigned to the Major Crime Unit and currently oversees that Unit.

  The OCPO announced how Captain Trujillo-Tovar is the first Latino captain in the history of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
