OCEAN COUNTY – The annual Free Comic Book Day will be celebrated by local comic book stores on May 6.
This is an industry-wide event where publishers release free comics to get new readers interested in trying out the books. It usually coincides with a tentpole comic book movie. In this case, it will be the same weekend as the release of Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2.
