OCEAN COUNTY – A Traffic Enforcement Detail will be patrolling roads around the shore area coinciding with the Saint Patrick’s Day parade.

Between the hours of 3 p.m. and 11 p.m., additional enforcement will take place in Seaside Heights, Seaside Park, Toms River, Lavallette and Point Pleasant Beach. In addition to these local departments, there will be patrols from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, New Jersey State Police and the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Residents and other drivers are asked that if you see someone who might be driving erratically or dangerously, dial #77 from a hands-free phone to make a report. If you call, please be able to give a location, direction of travel, and a description of the vehicle, its occupants and even a license plate if possible.
