Celebrate New Year’s Eve At First Night Ocean County

  SEASIDE HEIGHTS – Join in for a day of family-friendly fun at First Night Ocean County along the Seaside Heights boardwalk!

  Celebrate New Year’s Eve in style at this traditional event, featuring popular balloon artists, caricaturists, jugglers, Insectropolis demonstrations, super heroes, the Coca Cola Polar Bear and fun activities with JerseyShoreCountry.com. For those willing to brave the winter weather, the celebration will climax with fireworks at 5 p.m. on the beach – weather permitting.

  First Night Ocean County will be held from 12-5 p.m. on the Jersey Shore. First Night is an annual family-oriented, alcohol-free New Year’s Eve celebration observed throughout the United States.

  You can purchase a wristband for access to First Night activities at four Seaside Heights arcades, Casino Pier, Coin Castle, Luck Leo’s, and Shake Shoppe. Passports stamped at all five First Night venues are eligible for entry into a drawing for a children’s beach cart of prizes or adult beach cart of prizes, each valued at more than $250!

  Cost is $6 for children’s wristbands, $10 for adults. Wristband/passport purchasers receive a minimum of $15 in arcade play and participation in the entertainment, plus adults receive a coupon for a one-day Seaside Heights beach badge. You can grab a wristband at participating arcades during the event and while open during the week plus at the County Connection in the Ocean County Mall (cash or check only).

  On street-parking and parking in municipal parking lots is free during the event.
