Billhimer Welcomes New First Assistant Prosecutor

TOMS RIVER – Ocean County has a new first assistant prosecutor.

Michael T. Nolan was sworn in Thursday afternoon as second in charge of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office. Judge Wendel E. Daniels swore him in.

Nolan, who previously served as an assistant prosecutor, has come back to public service after 20 years in private law practice.

He has served as a law clerk for Monmouth County Judge John D’Amico.

Until this year, Nolan was a member of the Ocean County Ethics Committee. He is a member of the Ocean and Monmouth Bar Association.

Nolan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Villanova University, graduating Magnum Cum Laude. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall University.
