Whoever monitors the Verizon Wireless CS Twitter feed has had a busy morning.
Verizon texting outages have been reported up and down the East Coast Tuesday.
“We know it’s important to have working service, and we are on it! We have confirmed there is a texting outage on the east coast. Our technicians are fully aware we have a ton of customers that are being [affected]. We are working non-stop to get this matter resolved,” tweet after tweet said.
The cause of the outage was not publicly identified. No time frame for restored service has been announced.
